#136 Queen of Light
She waited till the last person came out of the pool and left the building before climbing the stairs to the diving board. It had been years since she dared to swim in public and while this was a public pool she still waited till there was no one around.
Her first bounce was wobbly and she steadied herself. Her nerves got the better of her.
She raised her arms in the air, gave one good bounce and dove off the board into the water. Her eyes opened and light burst forth, turning the water into a shimmering blue green.
