#138 From the Future
I woke up this morning in a bed different from my own, beside a stranger. I try to remember my past but all I see are flashes of a life I barely recognize.
Unsure of my surroundings I slip out of bed, in search of a wallet for identification. Perhaps it will jog my memory. Either that or I’m in some strange nightmare.
I walk past a mirror in the hall and catch a glimpse of my face. I recognize it. My name. My other life. This isn’t a different place, it’s another time.
I’m older but none the wiser.
