#332 X of Wands – Bill the Lizard
While the mosquito chattered away, I looked around for something I could use to break one of the crates. I had a feeling whatever was inside would be distracting enough to help us escape.
I jumped up, grabbed the chair I sat on and hurled it at one of the crates. They both shattered on impact to reveal a lizard wearing glasses, reading a book.
He lowered his glasses, stared me straight in the eyes and asked, “Is this a case of emergency situation?” I can’t remember what I said. All I knew was I had talked to a lizard!
